We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100 within the 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Expedited shipping is also offered as a paid option. 

At Buchart Colbert, we take great care to ensure your fragrance arrives swiftly and in perfect condition. Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking details, so you can follow its journey to you. Please note that standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. 

Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping address once your order has been placed.


Delays

While we strive to deliver your fragrance promptly, please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather delays. We appreciate your understanding, especially during busier times.


Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Buchart Colbert experience. However, due to the personal nature of our fragrances, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Please note that our 2mL sample sizes and sample sets are non-returnable, whether opened or unopened.


For Unopened Products

Simply contact our customer service team at info@buchartcolbert.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the process and issue a refund once we’ve received the item in its original condition. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your original method of payment, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or financial institution.


Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please let us know right away at info@buchartcolbert.com. We’ll happily arrange for a replacement or refund to make things right.
